Application Process

1) Download and complete application

2) Please submit at least one letter of recommendation from your current arts teacher and/or private instructor

3) Review application and make sure all sections are completed. Mail applications and letters of recommendation to:

4) All applicants will need to contact the SOCSA office to schedule an artistic review. Artistic reviews are held during the Spring semester at Dana Hills High School.
