*You must audition to become a SOCSA student.
*You will have several arts classes each day, in addition to your regular academic schedule.
*You can still take AP and College Prep classes while in the SOCSA program.
*You must maintain an overall grade point average of 2.5, and a 3.0 GPA in your major area of study.
*Some of the performing arts classes meet after school, and are dismissed at 5:00 pm.
*Through the SOCSA Visual and Performing Arts program you will have many opportunities to perform and/or demonstrate your talents.
*We suggest that all incoming Freshmen SOCSA students take Summer School, in order to create space in your DHHS and SOCSA schedule during the regular school year.
*You and your parents will be asked to participate in three SOCSA Foundation fundraisers each year, as part of your commitment to the SOCSA program. These include:
SOCSA Foundation Membership: $300.00 per year, per major
